At present, Sud Bazàr ships across the European Union (EU) to the following countries: Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Monaco - Monte Carlo, Germany, Greece, Hungry Ireland, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Switzerland.


Our intention is to expand globally across the Americas, Oceania and Asia. If you are from one of these regions and are interested in our prodcuts, please contact us for information.



Italy:   Orders over €49,90 attract a flat shipping rate of €5,90.  Orders less than €49,90 attract a variable rate based on the number of kilos. Please refer to the shipping calculator at checkout.  

EuropeAll orders across Europe (as per the above list of countries) over €99,90 attract a flat shipping rate of €19,90. Orders less than €99,90 attract a variable rate based on the number of kilos. Please refer to the shipping calculator at checkout. 

Outside Europe:  If you reside outside of the EU or in a country not listed above and wish to purchase from Sub Bazàr, please contact us direct for information.  


Shipping times vary depending on the nature of the product.

Fresh Goods (perishables)
Fresh produce orders placed weekdays by 11:30am CET (Central Europe Time) will ship the same or the next working day if received after 11:30am CET.  Fresh goods will arrive within 24/48 hours of dispatchment. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. CET on Friday will ship the following Monday as shipping is unavailable over the weekend.


All fresh foods are packaged in cooling boxes with refrigerating gel to guarantee the cold chain is maintained throughout the 24/48 hour delivery period.   

Dry Goods (non-perishables)

All dry items are shipped from our warehouse in Meta di Sorrento, Italy. Orders shipped via ground shipping will arrive within 5 - 10 business days unless otherwise requested.

In some instances, delivery times may vary due to weather, availability or other circumstances.


  • Our couriers require a signature for delivery and someone must be present to accept the delivery with a signature unless otherwise requested. If you are not present at the time of delivery you will be contacted by phone directly by the courier to organise another time.
  • Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same box.
  • All wine shipments require the signature of a person at least 18 years of age in the EU.
  • Sud Bazàr and its couriers operate Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays.


We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


Please check all addresses carefully. Sud Bazàr guarantees delivery only to the addresses that we are provided with. If the courier is unable to deliver the package after notification and contact with the customer by phone, your order will be returned to our warehouse. If the product is non-perishable and arrives in good condition, we can send the package back out to you and will charge you only the shipping and handling. If the product does not arrive in good condition and/or is a perishable item, you will be responsible for the charges of a new order.



Promotional shipping offers apply to orders that meet applicable sale amounts in merchandise before normal taxes and shipping/handling rates shipping to a single address only. Promotions do not apply to overnight delivery or 2nd day delivery unless specifically denoted. Excludes wines. 



When an order is late, we investigate the matter. If the parcel can’t be found, we arrange a replacement, refund the delivery charge, and give our customers 10% off their next order.
