At Sud Bazàr, we invest a significant amount of time, money and resources to source the finest products across Southern Italy. If for some reason you are not totally in love with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a full refund.  No questions asked.

You may return any product (non-perishable) for replacement, credit or refund within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on fresh food items. Please note that return shipping charges are bourne by the customer.

To initiate a return, send us an email with your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Print the order form, wrap the item well and return the item in its original packaging. The order form can be printed from "My Account" on the "My Account Dashboard" page after login to your account.  Ship the item/s to us at the below address:

We cannot send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase until we have the product back in inventory. If the product does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase.


We make every effort to process all returns within a few days of receipt. Refunds are issued after returned items have been received, inspected, and processed. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
